Free Coaching Meetups and Sample Classes: How to Experience SolutionsAcademy Before You Enrol

Before committing to a longer training programme, many people would like to experience a session and get a sense of how we teach and how the group feels.

We do not offer sample classes within our ongoing training groups. The reason is connected to how coaching is learned. Coaching requires presence, reflection, and a willingness to experiment in front of others. Participants speak about real situations from their professional and personal lives. They practice new ways of listening and questioning, and they receive feedback that can feel exposing.โ€

Why We Don't Open Training Groups to Visitors

For this kind of learning to work, trust needs time to develop. Groups gradually form a working relationship in which people feel able to take risks and show uncertainty. Introducing external visitors into that space, even with good intentions, changes the dynamic. Participants may become more guarded and the atmosphere may shift from learning to demonstration.

Confidentiality also plays a role. What is shared in training sessions stays within the group. This principle allows participants to speak freely about real cases and dilemmas. Protecting that boundary is part of how we hold the learning environment responsibly.

How to Experience SolutionsAcademy Before Enrolling

At the same time, we understand the desire to get to know us before enrolling. For that reason, we offer weekly free coaching meetups where people can experience structured coaching conversations in a more open format. These sessions provide a sense of how we facilitate and how we think about coaching, without interfering with the integrity of existing training groups.

We also offer free information calls. These calls provide space to ask questions about structure, expectations, workload, accreditation pathways, and suitability. They allow you to assess whether our approach resonates with you and whether the rhythm of the programme fits your life.

Choosing a coaching school is a significant decision. We prefer to protect the trust within our training groups while still offering opportunities for open engagement.

Join one of our weekly free coaching meetups or book a free information call to get started.
