The Coaching Way is a coaching school that develops professional coaches, leaders, and managers in the art of leading exactly these kinds of conversations—conversations that open new perspectives, support responsibility, and help people find their own solutions.
Our programs combine international coaching standards with intensive practical training and a strong focus on participants’ personal experience. We do not teach only coaching techniques. We develop a way of thinking and working with attention, questions, and listening so that participants can create an environment in which others can grow.
The Coaching Way is founded and led by coaches and facilitators Jan Studený and Michal Holub, who have long been dedicated to coaching, education, and the development of leaders and teams in organizations.
