SolutionsAcademy has been recognized in the Coaching Education category of the 2026 ICF Coaching Impact Awards as a Distinguished Coaching Education Provider, recognizing the organization's quality, impact and sustained contribution to the development of the coaching profession.
Founded in Germany and delivering Solution Focused coach education since 2005, SolutionsAcademy has developed from a coach training provider into an international learning and professional ecosystem connecting coaches, educators and organizations across continents.
Since 2018 alone, more than 4,000 participants from 31 countries across six continents have taken part in its highly interactive online programs. SolutionsAcademy offers ICF-accredited coach education at Levels 1, 2 and 3, alongside mentor coaching, team coaching and coaching supervision. Programs are delivered in multiple languages, including English, German, Italian, Romanian, Spanish, Polish, Turkish, Chinese, Slovakian, Farsi and Arabic.
SolutionsAcademy programs also provide pathways toward EMCC accreditation at Foundation, Practitioner and Senior Practitioner levels, alongside professional development and accreditation pathways in team coaching and coaching supervision.
The organization's contribution, however, extends beyond the courses it delivers and the credentials its participants pursue.
SolutionsAcademy has supported the development of teaching faculties of coach education providers in Romania, Italy, Singapore, South Korea, Serbia and China, strengthening local capacity for high-quality coach education and enabling organizations to pursue ICF accreditation for their own programs.
Its faculty and leadership contribute to the wider development of coaching through books, research, professional standards, international teaching and thought leadership. Members of the SolutionsAcademy faculty have themselves received major international coaching awards and recognition, including the ICF Coaching Impact Award for Accomplished Coach and the EMCC Global Team Coaching Award.
SolutionsAcademy has also built an international community in which participants and alumni continue to exchange ideas, practice together, ask questions, find collaborators and develop new initiatives beyond their formal education. The organization sees professional education not simply as a route toward a credential, but as a way of strengthening the wider coaching ecosystem.
That responsibility also includes widening access. SolutionsAcademy continues to provide scholarships to participants in regions where internationally accredited coach education might otherwise remain financially out of reach.
“The ICF Coaching Impact Awards celebrate the meaningful and lasting impact of coaching around the world,” said Stephanie Norris, ICF Award Director. “SolutionsAcademy shows us what is possible through coaching and inspires others to imagine an even greater impact.”
For Kirsten Dierolf, MCC, founder of SolutionsAcademy, the recognition reflects the philosophy on which the organization was built.
“Perhaps what our world most needs from coaching today is better conversations, not better answers,” said Dierolf. “This recognition belongs to our trainers, our partners and every coach who has learned with us. For me, it is wonderful to see an idea that started more than two decades ago continue to grow, evolve and contribute to the profession.”
For SolutionsAcademy, the award also marks the beginning of its next chapter.
“Receiving this award is a recognition not only of the quality of our education, but of the contribution and impact that an education provider can have on the profession around it,” said Cristina Mühl, CEO of SolutionsAcademy. “Our next chapter builds on that foundation. We will continue developing coaches, while bringing more of what we have learned into organizations through in-house education, leadership development and corporate coaching programs. We see an opportunity to connect professional coaching education much more closely with the challenges organizations and their people are facing, and to keep contributing to how the profession itself develops.”
