How does it work?

  1. Clarification of goals and framework with the team leaders, HR, the team leader’s superiors (depending on the issue)
  2. Interviews with team members, superiors, peers, relevant stakeholders (for example customers)
  3. Written report
  4. A series of individual coaching sessions face-to-face or via telephone or webconference

This process can last between 3 months and one year.

You can talk to someone who really challenges your thoughts and is willing and able to understand you challenges. Your sparring partner is at a similar level in a different organization, so they will not be impacted by your decisions – you can trust your partner. You will hear about other executive challenges and learn by sharing your experience. Your coach supports you in making the best use of your time and identifying the best partner.

How does it work?

  1. You contact us with a request for a sparring partner (or sparring partners) and we determine a “framework of fit”
  2. We contact your potential sparring partners with complete confidentiality
  3. We clarify your goals and your partner’s goals for the sparring conversations
  4. We facilitate the first meeting(s) ensuring optimum use of your time

This process can last between 3 months and one year.  Your conversations can be face-to-face or facilitated, secure virtual meetings. We have a wide network of companies from all sectors spanning the globe.
