Kirsten Dierolf, M.A., PCC

Kirsten is the owner and founder of SolutionsAcademy. Since 2002, she has been offering HR development solutions to companies worldwide.

She has designed, managed and implemented HR development programs all over Europe, Asia and the Americas in collaboration with global customers.

Kirsten has worked for the chemical / pharmaceutical industry, banking, IT, steel and automotive industry, but also for European institutions.

She is co-author of "The Solution Tango" and "Praxismagazin Solution Focus" and has published many articles. Kirsten is president of the association for the quality development of solution focused consulting and training and co-editor of its scientific journal "InterAction".

Kirsten loves languages and speaks German, English, French, Russian with good reading knowledge of Dutch and Spanish and basic communication skills in Japanese.
